ABOUT

Yoga is a journey of the self, the union of body, breath and mind. It gives the ability to stand with steadiness. Yoga is a path to self-realization.

 

I have been a devoted yoga practitioner since 2007. I studied Yoga in Europe, Asia and North America.

 

Yoga assisted me to feel a deep sense of connection with my body. It also helped me to understand that the peace around us starts with inner peace.

 

In 2015 I completed a Yoga Teacher Training and became a certified Yoga teacher.

As a teacher, I provide practitioners with a safe environment where they can experience heightened inner awareness. Through Yoga, they learn how to embrace the present moment, how to listen within, and through this achieve the personal growth. And then comes the realization that we are more than “this body”, “this mind”, and “this particular existence”.

I am currently residing in Singapore and serving practitioners in the center of Singapore.

 

I am a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher  (RYT500), since 2016.
