Elena Boyce, the founder of Yoga and Breath, offers yoga and restorative breathwork private sessions and workshops.
As a yoga teacher, Elena provides practitioners with a safe environment where they can learn how to embrace the present moment, listen within and achieve a better mind-body connection.
Elena has been a devoted yoga practitioner since 2007. Elena studied Yoga in Europe, Asia and North America.
In 2015 Elena completed a Yoga Teacher Training at Angela Phillips Yoga Center.
She is a registered Yoga alliance teacher and a continuing educational provider.
Elena's unwavering dedication to enhancing her offerings led her to delve into the realm of restorative breathwork – a practice that harmonizes breath and body to facilitate profound relaxation and healing. In 2021, Elena completed an intensive 200-hour Restorative Breathwork Facilitator certification training with Kathleen Barratt at BarrattBreathInstitute. This added layer of expertise enriched her teaching toolkit, allowing her to guide individuals towards a more profound understanding of their breath as a gateway to presence and tranquility.
Furthering her commitment to holistic well-being, Elena pursued a comprehensive 200-hour Yoga for Svastha Personal Wellbeing Teacher Training at Svastha Yoga and Ayurveda in India in 2022. This training equipped her with a deep understanding of the interplay between yoga and Ayurveda, enhancing her ability to offer personalized and holistic guidance to her students.
Ever the dedicated seeker, Elena's journey continues with her enrollment in the Svastha Yoga Therapy Program Master Training in 2023. Under the tutelage of the esteemed Mohan family, this rigorous three-year program is a testament to Elena's commitment to nurturing her expertise .
