Elena Boyce, founder of Yoga and Breath, offers private instruction in yoga and Restorative Breathwork®, along with workshops, yoga, and meditation retreats.

Her approach fosters a safe and nurturing environment where practitioners can fully embrace the present moment, connect inward, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection.

Elena has taught yoga across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

A devoted yoga practitioner since 2007, Elena has studied extensively throughout India, Nepal, Southeast Asia, and North America. She has deepened her understanding of yoga through continued study with the A.G. Mohan family (A.G. Mohan was a personal student of the legendary yogi Sri Krishnamacharya for nearly two decades). Elena has also learned from renowned teachers such as Angela Phillips, Kofi Busia, Kathleen Barratt, Tom Mayers, and Jason Crandell.

Elena is a registered Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance and a Continuing Education Provider (YACEP).

Driven by her passion to enhance her practice, Elena ventured into restorative breathwork, a discipline that aligns breath with the body to promote deep relaxation and healing. In 2021, she earned her 200-hour Restorative Breathwork® Facilitator certification after intensive training with Kathleen Barratt at the Barratt Breath Institute. This certification has further enriched her teaching, empowering her to guide others in discovering the breath as a profound gateway to meditation.

To further her commitment to holistic well-being, Elena completed the Yoga for Svastha Personal Wellbeing Teacher Training at Svastha Yoga and Ayurveda, studying directly with the esteemed Mohan family. This training provided her with valuable insights into the integration of yoga and Ayurveda, enabling her to offer personalized and holistic guidance to her students.

Elena is also passionate about promoting well-being through sound and incorporates the healing power of sound vibrations into her yoga practices.

Currently, Elena is enrolled in the Svastha Yoga Therapy Program Master Training, continually expanding her expertise.
